He has frequently lectured and written on technical valuation issues. Mr. Blaine has counseled many clients on buying, selling, or raising capital. VIJAY A. CHEVLI, ASA >View Resume		Mr. Chevli is a Managing Director with The Mentor Group, Inc. His experience spans numerous, successful investment banking and valuation advisory engagements. TODD B. WOHL, ASA >View Resume		Todd Wohl is Managing Director of Auction and Appraisal Services for The Mentor Group. He is a specialist in Oral Outcry auctions, as well as the appraisal of real estate, equipment and inventory. He has sold machinery and equipment in many industries, such as computer, healthcare, automobile, food processing and packaging, printing, retail and numerous others. Also, he has auctioned residential, retail, commercial, and industrial real property.

ROGER CHANTEL		Mr. Chantel manages and performs machinery and equipment appraisals throughout the United States. These appraisals have been used for financing, property tax, allocation of purchase price, and other purposes. He has testified in court on numerous occasions.

ROBERT F. EFFINGER		Mr. Effinger is a Vice President with The Mentor Group, Inc. He manages and performs a variety of real estate and construction related services, with emphasis on cost segregation studies to maximize tax savings from accelerated depreciation.

ROBERT HUNT		Mr. Hunt manages and performs machinery and equipment appraisals throughout the United States. He has a particular specialty in the food and agriculture industries and all types of industrial equipment. Mr. Hunt is expert in modeling for forced liquidation.

BERT JONES		Mr. Jones manages and performs appraisals for a wide variety of equipment and machinery - from computers and peripherals to steel making and MRI's. On numerous occasions he has testified in court as an expert witness.

MARK S. JUSTMANN, MAI		Mr. Justmann is a Senior Real Estate Appraiser with The Mentor Group. His experience spans multi-state and international appraisals for all types of commercial, industrial, multi-family, vacant land, and special purpose facilities. Most of his appraisals have involved the Western U.S. - California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah and Colorado.

JOHN KRUZINSKI, ASA		Mr. Kruzinski manages and performs machinery and equipment, and real estate appraisals throughout the United States. He has a particular specialty in the food and agriculture industry. These appraisals have been used for numerous purposes, including sales-leaseback, property tax, financing, bankruptcy and auctions.

ALEXANDER KURIN		Mr. Kurin manages and performs real estate appraisals throughout the United States. He has a particular specialty in multi-location projects. These appraisals have been used for financing, sale, reorganization, property and estate tax, depreciation basis, and allocation of purchase price.

ROBERT ROSS		Mr. Ross manages and performs real estate appraisals throughout the United States. These appraisals have been used for financing, tax purposes and estate planning purposes. Facilities analyzed include offices, hotels, shopping centers, apartments, processing plants, refineries, etc.
