Franz K. Fleishli
About
Franz Fleischli is a Managing Director of The Mentor Group. He has extensive experience in all facets of the appraisal and valuation industry, including large multi-state, multi-discipline engagements. He has assisted in the structuring of complex financial solutions for mergers and acquisitions, fairness opinions, going public or private, financings of all types, business tax planning, and bankruptcies.
His clients include private and public corporations, family businesses, major banks, law firms, accounting firms, investment banks, and the like. His practice is a national one, covering many industries. He is one of the foremost authorities in the country in the food, agribusiness and commodity industries. He consults closely with a wide variety of clients in these industries on valuation, financial and investment banking issues.
Mr. Fleischli was formerly a Senior Vice President with Marshall & Stevens, Inc., a Managing Director of Shearson Lehman Bros., and a senior executive with Marine Midland Bancorp. He is a veteran of the United States Army.
