TMG, a national valuation, appraisal and cost segregation firm, today announced the appointment of John Manolos as a Senior Manager for cost segregation. This strategic hire augments our growing practice in cost segregation and related services, (e.g. These services are more significant based on energy-related incentives), the new tax act and 100% bonus deprecation.

Manolos brings years of experience generating multi-millions of dollars of tax savings to taxpayers, including many Fortune 500 firms. He is an Enrolled Agent and a certified member of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals (ASCSP). Prior to joining TMG, John was a Senior Manager with KBKG.
